My cake...Boomer and Caroline both managed to dive in unexpectedly.
We salvaged most of the cake and enjoyed it!! I love confetti cakes.I am 100% sure I have the best family and friends a girl could ask for. I really have not thought much of my birthdays since I have matured into an adult, and especially a parent. I think it has to do with the fact that the day is tightly squeezed between two very exciting holidays, and I am usually wrapped up in the Christmas spirit. Also, now that I am grown there are no parties, I still have to work, and the day is quite ordinary. However, today and earlier this week I have felt so loved by all those near to me. I have been out to eat with family, dined by Justin's sweet Grannny, made cakes, ordered lunch, sent texts, received phone calls, and gotten countless facebook messages. Thanks to all of you who made my day special, you are really what makes my life so full.
