New Toys

Caroline is loving playing with all her new toys. She loves her babies, slide, car, Elmo Restaurant, and baby gear (however, she likes to get in her baby gear). We have enjoyed these relaxing days!

Christmas Day

What a blessed day we had. Nothing is better than celebrating the birth of our King with family and friends.

We began the morning at Justin's mom's house, where she and Andrea spoiled Caroline and us with thoughtful gifts. They got Caroline a table and chairs and a toy box and decorated them to match her new room. Precious! I love it!
I love this table. Caroline's new room is going to be pink, green, and black. It will go perfect in the room.
Caroline coloring at the new table.
The toy box.
Caroline also got the most popular gift of the season-a Zuh Zuh pet. She quickly learned tapping it's nose would cause it to squeak.
Caroline and Grammy! (and that stinkin sippy cup that has become a pacifier for Caroline)
The kissing bandit!

For lunch we traveled out to Maypearl and spent the afternoon with Justin's extended family. Good food and lots of fun!
More kisses for Ayva. The girls!Kids table!
And even more kisses for Macie!
Christmas night we gathered with Justin's dad's side of the family. Mike, dru, and Michaela drove up from Houston and we enjoyed dinner together.
The Gilmore Family. I am bummed this picture did not turn out so well.Caroline and cousin Emma. They played so well together. A few favorites were Ring Around the Rosey and Row, Row, Row your Boat. Michaela's cute new jeans.
We are so thankful to have so much family so near. Family is important to me and I want Caroline to grow and love to be around family as much as I do.

Hope you and yours had a peaceful Christmas full of love!

Santa Came!

The living room Christmas morning.
The beautiful White Christmas!
Coming down the stairs to check out the gifts. Checking out mom's favorite surprise...the snow!

Santa Claus sure did stop at our house this Christmas. Caroline received a slide and Elmo's Restaurant from Santa, as well as a few outfits. My parents bought her a Cozy Coupe which was sitting out with all that Santa brought. She really preferred the coupe , but has since been playing lots with all of her Santa toys. More about the rest of our wonderful WHITE Christmas later. For now, just some pics of Christmas morning.

The Eve of Christmas Eve

We are spending time with family, doing lots of cooking, enjoying the lights and the tree,
checking out the gifts, hoping for a little snow,
and getting so excited we can hardly contain ourselves.

Retaining Walls

Our retaining wall was put in on Monday, December 21st. It runs all along the back of our lot.
