Michaela's Graduation

 Michaela is Justin's youngest sister and one amazing chick. She's over come a lot in her life and is now  a beautiful, Christian, kind girl on her way to doing big things.  A few weeks ago she graduated from Montgomery High School and in August will be headed to Texas Tech University!!  So excited she also chose to be a Red Raider. As of right now she wants to be a teacher, pretty awesome profession if you ask me.

 Andrea, Justin's other sister planned a great graduation party for Michaela.

 I absolutely hate that they live three hours a way. Oh the fun these cousins would have if we were right down the road.

 The next morning we swam in the neighborhood pool and then celebrated Michaela's birthday which happened to fall the day after graduation.

 Carter loved Jesse's guitars! Finally he suckered him into playing a bit.

 It was such a fun weekend, great celebrating Michaela, and made me anxious for the day we are all here in the area.   I love seeing my kids around family.

Urban Camp Out

 A few weeks ago our neighborhood hosted its first annual urban camp out. In one of the common areas in the neighborhood the social committee set up a cook out complete with hot dogs and smores as well as a blow up movie screen for an after dark movie. All were invited out to enjoy the evening and for the brave, camp out all night. Justin jumped on the opportunity to camp out.  Caroline and him were troopers and made it the entire night!! It was a great experience for Caroline and a fun night of bonding for she and Justin.
