Canton
On Saturday, my mom, Aunt Carol, Caroline, and me drove out to Canton to do a little shopping. It all started out great, and we found so much stuff, really too much stuff, but I will get to that later. I found a necklace I fell in love with for $18 dollars, but decided to look around more, and found the exact one for $6 dollars at another vendor. It was my lucky day right, well not so much. About eleven it began getting really crowded. We decided to start heading back and making our last purchases. I bought a new wreath, my mom did too, and I bought three different big signs for next to my front door for different holidays. I had no hands left, was pushing Caroline, sweating incredibly, and trying to navigate through tons of people, kids who are way too old for strollers, and over sized dogs. At this point I was ready to jump in the car and head home for an afternoon nap. Well, we go to find the car, and I can't find it anywhere. Those familiar with Canton know how huge the parking is and how much everything looks alike. After searching each isle for about 30 minutes I told my mom, and aunt to stop at a picnic table, grab a drink, and watch Caroline and out stuff while I was gone. It took me at least another 30 minutes of running through the parking lot frantically looking, and pressing the alarm on my car trying to find it. I was pretty much in tears. Of course, it was right where I left it, but the parking lot looked totally different due to the enormous amount of cars that had come since we parked. When I finally got the car up to my family, I noticed Caroline was chugging a coke and loving every minute of it. Probably not the best thing for her to drink, but oh well. Although the trip ended in a very hectic way, we plan on going next month. I left a few things in Canton that I want to go back and buy. However, we will be taking Friday off and not fighting crazy Saturday crowds.

I haven't been to Canton in ages! It's always a pain to go (heat, parking, crowds, etc.) but you can't find things like that anywhere else! Don't feel bad about the coke- we've had moments like that too!! :) :) Take pics of the things you bought!!
It was great to run into you in Canton and fun to see Caroline! She is even more precious in person than on the blog ;)
