I am so excited, we got a MckMama camera. If you read her blog you know all about her beautiful photography. Since I have become an avid follower of her blog I have become really interested in upgrading our camera and trying her tips out. (She posts photography lessons.) Our new camera came in the mail yesterday and we have been practicing our skills ever since. We defintely are not great photographers yet, but with some practice and Photoshop I think we will be on our way to capturing some awesome moments. Check some of my shots out....

Oooh, what kind of camera did y'all get? We got a Nikon D300 and LOVE it, although it is way more than what we really need.
I wish Scott would post more on his blog so you could see all the cool pictures he has taken!
AWESOME!! We have a camera similar to hers too! I love learning how to use it. My favorite pictures are ones taken outside or with "natural" light (no flash) on "Manual" setting, but it's hard to get the ISO/shutter speed and aperture correct at the same time, but fun to practice! Enjoy! Can't wait to see some of your new shots!
