Back to work

"Child separation anxiety begins around 9 months, but for the mother it begins at birth."

I have to return to work tomorrow and I am dreading it big time. Caroline and I have had a very fun and special past four weeks. It has been great bonding time for us and we have enjoyed every minute. I feel I have become more comfortable in the mother role and gotten more confident with taking Caroline out in public. We have been shopping, visiting friends, going to meet Justin for lunch, sleeping in, establishing a schedule, visiting Granny, and even battling a mouse (with help of my neighbor). What a wonderful four weeks it has been. I look forward to my upcoming Thanksgiving and Christmas breaks. Caroline adds so much to my life, and she makes an ordinary day extraordinary.

Tomorrow will be hard but it wont be long before you get back into a schedule and it will feel normal again.
