Carter loves almost anything I give him to eat, and we have to watch him because he will get Caroline's sippy cup and chug. He is crawling, pulling up, and standing alone. He's taken one step numerous times but I'm not ready to count his first step yet. I feel like it has been more of a fluke than an effort at transporting himself. He babbles lots, and says a few words although I don't think he knows what they mean. He does know "uh oh" and says it a lot! That fits his into everything personality perfectly. He babbles mama, dada, nana, and occasionally says hi and bye.
I think Carter is around 21 or so pounds, his weight has slowed down for sure. He's not my roly poly he once was, although still very healthy. On Saturdays he sports his football uniform, he's looking forward to the day Coach Tuberville calls his number.
I tried bean bag pictures, but he wasn't sitting still so I put him in the crib for his official 11 month shot. Cute boy!!!

He is too cute!!! Isn't having a boy such a different wild and crazy adventure? I'm loving it:)
Super cute!! I LOVE having a boy. I tell Ryan this all the time, but I am so guilty for some reason of letting Ben get away with more mischevious stuff. I don't know if I just think in my head that because he is a boy, he should be doing naughty things! They have their mamas wrapped around their little fingers!
And also Addyson went through (and still does sometimes) the being scared stage at bedtime. I don't know if its attention (when the younger one gets a lot at bed time) or what, but she is better. I do also think that they just go through little spurts. I give her 5 happy things to think/dream about sometimes and that does seem to help. Or I tell her I am going to come and check on her in 5 minutes and she is usually asleep by then.
