Caroline reached the 2 1/2 year mark yesterday. We celebrated with a morning outside, no not really, but I did think about how much my daughter has grown and changed in six months throughout the entire day.
Just 6 short months ago, Caroline was preparing to go to "school" for the first time. I was afraid because she showed no interest in anything educational. I have been pleasantly surprised by her growth over these 6 months. It's almost like she went from being a baby to a child.
Caroline is now potty trained, something we
achieved over the Christmas break, she counts to 20 (sometimes gets confused after 15), can sing her
ABCs, and identify most colors. She sings and dances all the time, colors and creates crafts, loves to get herself dressed, and communicates what she wants and needs beautifully.
This sweet one is no longer a baby.

Oh my gosh- she does look SO big in these pictures. You need to post a video of her on here or write about the funny stuff she says. That would be cute!

I can't believe she is potty trained! I am so jealous! How did y'all do it? And yes, we need to get together soon!
