Another nursery picture.Above is a picture of me at 38 weeks and 2 days pregnant. I am big, and constantly hot, but other than that I am feeling well. I went to the doctor yesterday. I gained a few more pounds, but got little insight on if this baby is going to make her arrival soon. I have occasional contractions, but nothing too regular. I go back next Thursday the 3rd, and then again on Monday the 7th. If I am still pregnant Monday the 7th we will look at dates for induction. Hopefully she will come on her own before then. Next Thursday would be perfect because I will be done with my first summer session classes.
Being pregnant is truly a miraculous process. I saw this quote and had to share it...Instead of wishing away nine months of pregnancy, I'd have cherished every moment and realized that the wonderment growing inside me was the only chance in life to assist God in a miracle -Erma Bombeck
Overall I have had an easy pregnancy!! I will miss much about being pregnant. I will miss but remember fondly the moment (October 30, 2007) I found out I was pregnant again. I will miss being frustrated that my belly isn't growing. I will miss watching my belly grow and praying for no stretch marks. I will miss the weekly belly pictures. I will miss looking forward to sonograms and doctors appointments. I will miss the anticipation of family and friends. I will miss the,
"how are you feeling, what did the doctor say, when are you due" questions. I will miss getting to enjoy snow cones, ice cream, and whatever fattening food I felt like. I will miss feeling her squirm and kick inside me. I will miss feeling proud of carrying a growing baby inside of me. However, I know I have the most exciting days before me. I love this little person more than I could ever imagine and I have not even met her. I thank God and give him all the glory and praise for this precious baby.

I'm so glad you started a blog! Yes, all the things you listed are the things I miss! I think about how much I complained during the pregnancy, but then now I miss so much of it:) I'm sooo excited for you and the arrival of Caroline! There is just nothing like it...holding her in your arms for the first time. You look absolutely GREAT and I can't wait to see more pictures!

Allison I have no boudt that you were brave through everything you went through remember one thing Darlin god helped you get through everything last year didn't work out like we wished it would and you know something for Justin my bother to look me in my eyes and tell me I'm going to be an Aunt 1 day that's amazing Justin is an amazing guy couldn't ask 4 more then what we have now.
